Insurance & TPA

We offer cashless hospitalisation with major insurance companies and TPAs, and accept eligible government health schemes.

For cashless admission

1. Bring your insurance card / e-card and a government photo ID.
2. Visit the insurance desk at admission. We send the pre-authorisation request to your insurer.
3. Approval usually takes 2–6 hours for planned admissions.

Reimbursement

If your insurer is not on our panel, pay at discharge and we provide all bills, reports and the discharge summary for your claim.
